We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary School Teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Class Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners aged 4 to 11 years old.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality lessons to students in EYFS, KS1, or KS2, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Manage Teaching Assistants effectively to support student learning and development.
  • Use assessment strategies to inform instruction and report to parents and SLT.
  • Immerse yourself in the school community, promoting our ethos and building relationships with children, staff, and families.
  • Have an enhanced DBS on the update service and a strong understanding of Safeguarding practices.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Class Teacher with experience in Primary Schools.
  • Hard-working, organised, and committed to raising standards.
  • Strong behaviour management skills and ability to create a positive learning environment.
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
  • Set high expectations to enable children to achieve.
