The Role:
  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, inspiring and challenging pupils to reach their full potential.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment, using a range of assessment strategies to track progress and inform teaching.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support each child's development, fostering both academic achievement and personal growth.
What We're Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience or passion for working with KS1 pupils.
  • Strong classroom management skills and a creative approach to teaching, with a commitment to ensuring all pupils make excellent progress.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents, and a willingness to contribute to the school's community ethos.
