Position Overview
As a valued member of the Home Instead community, you will play a crucial role as a Support Companion by:
Providing Companionship – Enjoy meaningful conversations over a warm beverage, allowing your clients to share their experiences and future plans. Offering Accompaniment – While evening outings may be rare, your presence can provide comfort and reassurance. Assisting with Meal Preparation – A delicious home-cooked meal can be a highlight of the day, and your help in preparing it can bring joy. Performing Light Housekeeping – A tidy environment contributes to a peaceful mind, and your support helps maintain a welcoming home. Delivering Personal Care – Ensuring your clients feel safe and content as they prepare for a restful night.Working as a Support Companion is a fulfilling opportunity where each day brings new experiences. With a minimum of 1-hour visits and personalized client matching, you can provide attentive, individualized care.
