About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team at James Gray Associates. In this role, you will partner directly with senior leaders to provide expert HR guidance and support at a strategic level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify and address HR needs, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Manage complex Employee Relations cases with a hands-on approach, ensuring effective resolution and employee satisfaction.
  • Translate business needs into effective HR solutions, executing these solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Coach managers and employees on HR best practices, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
  • Refine and standardize HR policies, processes, and communications, ensuring consistency and clarity across the organization.
  • Interpret and analyze HR data to inform decision-making, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Champion change and embed best practices within a fast-paced environment, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Balance strategic and operational HR responsibilities, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong experience in Employee Relations, capable of handling complex cases with ease and professionalism.
  • Proven ability to work both strategically and operationally, driving business outcomes and employee satisfaction.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, with a strong focus on customer service and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Experience in industries such as Engineering, Construction, or Utilities is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities within these sectors.
