In this role, you will partner directly with senior leaders to provide expert HR guidance and support at a strategic level. You will work closely with the HR Director and other HR professionals to drive HR initiatives across the business.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify and address HR needs, providing strategic guidance and support.
- Manage complex Employee Relations cases with a hands-on approach, ensuring effective resolution and employee satisfaction.
- Translate business needs into effective HR solutions, executing these solutions to drive business results.
- Coach managers and employees on HR best practices, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Refine and standardize HR policies, processes, and communications, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Analyse HR data to inform decision-making, providing insights to drive business growth.
- Balance strategic and operational HR responsibilities, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience in Employee Relations, with a proven track record of handling complex cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and employees.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and regulatory requirements, with the ability to ensure compliance and consistency.
