Requirements
  • Experience: Strong experience in Employee Relations, capable of handling complex cases.
  • Business Acumen: Proven ability to work both strategically and operationally, with excellent communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in industries such as Engineering, Construction, or Utilities is highly desirable.
