- Experience: Strong experience in Employee Relations, capable of handling complex cases.
- Business Acumen: Proven ability to work both strategically and operationally, with excellent communication skills.
- Adaptability: Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Industry Experience: Experience in industries such as Engineering, Construction, or Utilities is highly desirable.
