Key Responsibilities:

  • Generalist Role: Experience in all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, talent, organizational development, employee engagement, and ER.
  • Senior Stakeholder Partnering: Partner with senior stakeholders in the business to drive performance and deliver HR initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Strong Business Partner: Experience working in a complex business and navigating ambiguity.
  • Commercial Acumen: People-centered approach using data to support decisions, inquisitive, and keen to understand themes that arise when supporting business areas.
  • Cultural Change Expertise: Previous experience successfully supporting cultural change.
