Key Responsibilities

Formulate and implement comprehensive project plans that align with Technical Tool Optimization goals. Work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams and executive leadership to secure support for change initiatives. Create and execute a robust communication strategy to keep all employees informed and engaged during the transition. Provide training and continuous support to staff to ensure a seamless transition to new tools and methodologies. Identify and mitigate potential resistance to change proactively, ensuring successful implementation. Assess and monitor the success of change initiatives, making data-informed adjustments as needed.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline. A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Strong grasp of change management principles and methodologies. Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.

Work Environment

Experience in the music or entertainment sector is advantageous. Understanding the company's culture and values, along with a passion for fostering innovation and efficiency, will be beneficial.
