Position:
Crisis Support Recovery Specialist

We are currently inviting applications for the role of Crisis Support Recovery Specialist to become part of a reputable mental health charitable organization.

In this position, you will play a vital role in a round-the-clock service dedicated to assisting adults experiencing crises related to their mental well-being.

As a member of a dedicated team, you will provide support through a therapeutic intervention framework for individuals utilizing our services.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to create and implement "client-centered" recovery plans that foster autonomy and enhance independence.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a social care environment, preferably with a focus on mental health.
  • Willingness to engage in a diverse schedule, including sleep-in and waking night shifts, as well as 24/7 support.
  • Strong communication abilities coupled with a flexible, innovative, and compassionate approach.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary starting at £23,400, with the potential for an increase following the completion of your initial six months. Additional earnings can be achieved through overtime, including sleep-in and waking night allowances, which can add up to £4,000 to your annual income.
