Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum of six months of experience working within a social care setting, ideally focused on mental health.
  • Flexibility to work a diverse rota, including sleep-in/waking night shifts, demonstrating commitment to providing round-the-clock support.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a creative, empathetic approach to connecting with clients during challenging times.
