Position: Crisis Support Specialist - Mental Health Services

Compensation: £23,400, with the potential to increase by an additional £4,000 through participation in sleep-in shifts each month.

Work Environment: A dynamic and supportive mental health service provider.


We are currently looking for dedicated Crisis Support Specialists to join our exceptional mental health service team.


As a vital member of our 24/7 support team, you will assist adults experiencing mental health crises.


Your role will involve collaborating within a close-knit team, utilizing therapeutic approaches to support individuals accessing our services.

You will engage with clients to create and implement personalized recovery plans that encourage autonomy and enhance self-sufficiency.


Additionally, you will coordinate with external organizations, including community resources, to facilitate access to a diverse array of activities and support systems.

To qualify for this fulfilling position, you should possess:

  • A solid understanding of mental health challenges
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a care environment, preferably focused on mental health
  • The ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including participation in varied shifts and sleep-in duties
  • Strong communication skills, along with a compassionate, innovative, and adaptable mindset


In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £23,400, with opportunities for increases after your initial six months, along with additional earnings from sleep-in and waking night shifts.
