Overview: The HR People Partner plays a crucial role in facilitating various employee lifecycle events, managing performance, and overseeing employee relations. This position serves as a trusted advisor, providing in-depth policy knowledge and support to leaders, managers, and staff on essential HR matters.

Role Responsibilities

The HR People Partner is responsible for:

  • Delivering effective HR partnership to a diverse group of leaders and employees, offering guidance on key HR matters.
  • Collaborating with HR Business Partners to implement HR initiatives that align with the overall HR strategy.
  • Leading in-country transformation efforts, advising managers throughout the restructuring process, and managing the overall lifecycle of changes.
  • Utilizing data and analytics to identify potential risks and trends, applying insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives in alignment with global and local strategies.
  • Enhancing the quality and efficiency of HR processes and People Partnering.
  • Managing internal mobility and movement offers.
  • Building strong relationships with cross-functional HR teams to understand and address challenges, driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in generalist HR roles.
  • A proven track record of working collaboratively within teams and across functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications

Additional skills that would be advantageous include:

  • Experience with Workday HR software.
  • Knowledge of UK employee relations.
