About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rapid Response Care Worker to join our team at Homecarers Cheshire. As a Rapid Response Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users in the Winsford and Northwich area.

The ideal candidate will have a full, clean driving license and access to their own vehicle, as they will be required to attend calls on a last-minute basis due to sickness or urgent referrals. You will be responsible for providing short-term care to help our service users regain their independence and confidence in day-to-day tasks.

We offer a competitive salary of £13.25 per hour, paid on a block basis. As a Rapid Response Care Worker, you will be working varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, Monday to Sunday.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about care and is able to think on their feet. You will be working independently, but as part of a team, to deliver high-quality care and support to our service users.
