Rapid Response Care Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rapid Response Care Worker to join our team at Homecarers Cheshire. As a Rapid Response Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users in the Winsford and Northwich area.
The ideal candidate will have a full, clean driving license and access to their own vehicle, as they will be required to attend calls on a last-minute basis due to sickness or urgent referrals. You will be responsible for providing short-term care to help our service users regain their independence and confidence in day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to service users in the Winsford and Northwich area
- Attend calls on a last-minute basis due to sickness or urgent referrals

- Work collaboratively with other services and digital providers to promote and share good practice
- Full, clean driving license and access to own vehicle
