About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Loungers. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of front of house staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of front of house staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Manage the front of house operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Front of House Supervisor or equivalent role in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of hospitality operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage cash handling and inventory.
