Vista Global is a pioneering business aviation company that has revolutionized the industry with its innovative business model. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in curating and executing tailored marketing strategies to grow the Vista Global brand globally.

Your Responsibilities

As a Marketing Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the CMO and Group Communications team in streamlining processes, information, and engagement across key internal and external audiences.
  • Executing key global and regional campaigns to facilitate the Group's global integration and ensure Vista's one-voice approach.
  • Collaborating with Operations teams globally to identify and coordinate key updates to streamline internally and positively represent Vista and its Operating Partners.
  • Working with the Talent Acquisitions team on key tactics for new hires and retention to help grow the reputation and effectiveness of Vista's employer brand.
  • Coordinating with the Talent Acquisition team to identify, support, and implement external event opportunities, such as recruitment and community events.
  • Ensuring all group information is updated on key touchpoints, such as websites, Wikipedia, Google maps, induction decks, HR materials, trade event materials, and corporate collaterals.
  • Supporting the Director of Group Communications in preparing and delivering a multi-channel calendar of Member communications, in line with business goals.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
  • Previous experience in a marketing project management role.
  • Ability to excel under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to coordinate multiple projects involving multiple internal players and external suppliers.
  • Strong team and integration skills.
  • Communicates clearly, has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Deadline oriented.
