We have 3 x Training Designer vacancies available, offering opportunities to be part of a truly remarkable organization where you will work with prolific experts in their fields to better understand life on this planet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Detailed Lesson Plans: Create comprehensive lesson plans, course materials, assessments, and instructional guides for various skill levels, incorporating real-world scenarios.
  • Create Engaging Training Content: Develop interactive training content, including e-learning modules, manuals, presentations, and multimedia resources.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of training materials.
  • Apply Adult Learning Theories: Apply adult learning theories and instructional design best practices to create effective, learner-centred training programs.
  • Support Instructors and Facilitators: Support and guide instructors and facilitators on the delivery of training programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Understanding of Instructional Design Principles: Possess a strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Proficiency in E-Learning Development Tools: Proficiency in using e-learning development tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Demonstrable Success in Producing Training Content: Demonstrable success in producing high-volume training content and managing multiple projects to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience in Designing Assessments: Experience in designing assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes.
  • Detail-Oriented: Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Recognised qualification in training such as CTT+ or CIPD, and a bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or Education.
