HR Assistant Job Description

Eventus Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled HR Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role available on a hybrid basis, with the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week after an initial 6-month period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and preparing offer letters.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, undertaking pre-employment checks, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Help manage employee queries, assist in the preparation of HR documents, and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Assist with various HR projects and initiatives, including intranet updates, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain and update the HR database and employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed and support compliance requirements.
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
