We are excited to present a unique opportunity to become a Planning & Resource Manager within our Information Security division at Phoenix Group Holdings.

Role Overview:

  • Oversee capacity planning and monitor resource utilization to support business-as-usual operations, project execution, and service enhancements.
  • Develop and implement resource and capacity management frameworks and reporting mechanisms, collaborating with team leaders to ensure effective delivery.
  • Manage departmental operational capacity duties, including management information reporting to leadership and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with change portfolios to gain insights into project timelines and manage scheduling of Information Security resources for successful delivery.
  • Represent the Information Security team in resource allocation forums and committees.
  • Continuously plan and allocate resources, assisting team leaders in assigning personnel to projects based on their skills and availability.
  • Comprehend the strategic priorities of Information Security and the needs of our internal stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in resource and planning management.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Power BI.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical abilities.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic, complex environment.
  • Capable of working effectively both collaboratively and independently.
  • Leadership qualities to guide peers and management in fulfilling resource planning objectives.
