Location: This position offers flexibility, allowing for a combination of office and remote work. We are open to discussing various working arrangements, including part-time and job-sharing options, to ensure a balance between your needs and business requirements.

Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000, complemented by a performance-related bonus of up to 32%, private medical insurance, 38 days of annual leave, a robust pension scheme, life assurance at 12 times your salary, opportunities for career breaks, income protection, and three volunteering days, among other benefits.

Role Overview:

  • Oversee capacity planning and monitor resource utilization to support business-as-usual operations, project initiatives, and service enhancements.
  • Develop and implement resource and capacity management processes, including reporting, while collaborating with team leaders to ensure effective delivery.
  • Manage departmental operational capacity, providing management information reports to leadership and recommending necessary actions.
  • Collaborate with change portfolios to gain insights into project timelines and manage resource scheduling for Information Security.
  • Represent the Information Security team in resource allocation forums and committees.
  • Engage in ongoing resource planning and allocation, assisting team managers in assigning personnel to projects based on their skills and availability.
  • Understand the strategic priorities of Information Security and our internal stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in resource and planning management.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Power BI.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic, complex environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Leadership skills to guide peers and management in meeting resource planning needs.
