Role Overview:
- Oversee capacity planning and monitor resource utilization to support business-as-usual operations, project initiatives, and service enhancements.
- Develop and implement resource and capacity management processes, ensuring effective reporting and collaboration with team leaders.
- Manage departmental operational capacity, including management information reporting to senior leadership and advising on necessary actions.
- Collaborate with change portfolios to grasp short-, mid-, and long-term project plans, ensuring appropriate resource scheduling for Information Security.
- Represent the Information Security team in resource allocation forums and committees.
- Engage in ongoing resource planning and allocation, assisting team managers in assigning personnel to projects based on their skills and availability.
- Comprehend the strategic priorities of Information Security and the needs of our internal stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in resource and planning management.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Power BI.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical capabilities.
- Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic, complex environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Leadership qualities to guide peers and management in meeting resource planning objectives.
