Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team at HRCM. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations and physical asset of our properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the physical condition of our properties meets company standards.
    • Respond to maintenance service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend repairs.
  • Facilities Management
    • Oversee the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
    • Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
    • Ensure all facilities are clean and well-maintained.
  • Health and Safety
    • Identify and report potential hazards and take corrective action.
    • Ensure all safety protocols are followed.
    • Participate in regular safety training and meetings.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and residents.
    • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve common goals.
    • Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Minimum of one to two years' experience in property maintenance or a related trade.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Industry-recognized competency level in Construction, Plumbing, Decorating, or Gas Safe fields.
    • Ability to read and write English fluently.
    • Basic to intermediate mathematical functions.
    • Proficient in the use of general maintenance equipment.
    • Ability to transport or move up to 30KG variable distances.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and complete our induction program.
