Business Change Analyst

Salary Range: £47,286 - £49,775 per annum

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities of the Business Change Analyst:

  • Providing insights and recommendations to the Senior Management Team to facilitate informed decisions regarding business transformations
  • Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ascertain business requirements
  • Conducting analyses to support the effective implementation of changes
  • Assisting in project management throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that objectives are met
  • Evaluating critical business challenges and exploring strategies for enhancing business performance
  • Performing data analysis to identify areas in need of improvement
  • Documenting and implementing both new and existing project management processes to drive efficiencies and reduce costs
  • Ensuring that processes are clearly communicated and understood by all relevant parties
  • Managing a diverse range of stakeholders at various levels within the organization
  • Facilitating system, process, and cultural transformations

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis, identifying and executing business enhancements, along with knowledge of systems implementation and optimization
  • Proven track record in conducting business change impact assessments
  • Experience in delivering business improvement initiatives within established timeframes, quality standards, and budget constraints, as well as creating business cases and related project documentation
  • Understanding of business requirement definition leading to technology implementation
  • Ability to manage a variety of stakeholders, sometimes with conflicting objectives
  • Experience in producing high-quality business documentation, including process and policy documentation
  • Capability to build strong relationships with other programs to identify efficiencies and dependencies
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, necessitating a full valid driving license
