Key Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic recommendations to the Senior Management Team to facilitate informed decisions regarding business transformations.
- Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ascertain business requirements.
- Conducting thorough analyses to support the effective execution of changes.
- Assisting in project management throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes.
- Evaluating significant business challenges and exploring avenues for performance enhancement.
- Performing data analysis to identify areas needing improvement.
- Documenting and refining both new and existing project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensuring all processes are clearly communicated and understood by relevant stakeholders.
- Managing a diverse range of stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
- Facilitating system, process, and cultural transformations.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis, with a focus on identifying and implementing improvements, as well as knowledge of systems implementation and optimization.
- Proven track record in conducting business change impact assessments.
- Experience in delivering business enhancement projects within established timeframes, quality standards, and budgetary constraints, including the creation of business cases and project documentation.
- Familiarity with defining business requirements leading to technology implementations.
- Ability to manage a diverse array of stakeholders, often with conflicting objectives.
- Experience in producing high-quality business documentation, including process and policy documentation.
- Capability to build strong relationships with other programs to identify efficiencies and dependencies for successful delivery.
- Occasional travel may be necessary; therefore, a valid driving license is required.
