Key Responsibilities of the Business Systems Analyst:
- Providing insights to the Senior Management Team to guide decisions on various business transformations
- Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ascertain business requirements
- Conducting thorough analyses to facilitate the successful implementation of changes
- Supporting projects throughout their lifecycle to ensure that objectives are met
- Evaluating critical business challenges and exploring strategies for performance enhancement
- Performing data analysis to identify areas in need of improvement
- Documenting and refining both new and existing project management processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensuring that all processes are clearly communicated and understood by all relevant parties
- Managing a diverse range of stakeholders across various levels of the organization
- Facilitating system, process, and cultural transformations
Required Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis, with a focus on identifying and executing business enhancements and knowledge of system implementation
- Proven track record in conducting business change impact assessments
- Experience in delivering business improvement initiatives within specified timeframes, quality standards, and budget constraints, including the creation of business cases and related documentation
- Understanding of business requirement definitions leading to technology deployment
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders, often with conflicting priorities
- Experience in producing high-quality business documentation, including process and policy documentation
- Capability to build strong relationships with other programs to identify efficiencies and dependencies
- Willingness to travel occasionally, necessitating a valid driving license
