Job Title: Domiciliary Care Branch Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Domiciliary Care Branch Manager to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our domiciliary care business in the Aylsham, Norfolk area.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a domiciliary care setting. Your expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, staff, and healthcare professionals will be invaluable in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring seamless delivery of care services to our customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the customer base and increase revenue.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that attracts and retains high-quality staff.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations, maintaining a strong reputation for our organization.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
  • Work closely with senior management to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a domiciliary care setting, with a strong understanding of CQC standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Full UK driving license and car ownership.
