Key Responsibilities
As a Night Senior Care Assistant at a Greensleeves Care Home, you will oversee and motivate a team of committed Care staff alongside the Care Supervisors.
Your role will involve leading, facilitating, and participating in team meetings, training sessions, staff evaluations, and developmental activities. You will also be tasked with administering medication, conducting assessments, and developing care plans. Like all team members at Greensleeves Care, Night Senior Care Assistants will uphold the dignity and preferences of our residents while contributing to a warm, inviting, and comfortable environment.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess a RQF diploma in Social Care Level 2 (or equivalent) and have prior experience in a similar care role. Familiarity and proficiency in the safe administration of medication are essential, along with a commitment to delivering person-centered care to residents. We welcome applications from Health Care Assistants, Support Workers, and Domiciliary Carers.
