Job Summary:
Willing Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our team on night shifts. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to residents and ensuring their well-being throughout the night.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to all nursing standards and procedures
