Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for creating the largest active market share of any agent in the area, maximizing revenues and growing the property register.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
  • Manage the performance of employees through regular 1:1's, reviews, and morning meetings
  • Influence results through effective team management, action planning, and delivery of the plan

Requirements:

  • Previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience
  • Target-driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
  • Ability to work effectively managing a team
  • Motivated and enthusiastic, with high standards of service and presentation
  • Good organizational skills and ability to demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
  • Vehicle owner with a full driving license and insured for business use
  • Legal right to work in the UK
