About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Business Manager to join our team at Andrews Property Group. As a Sales Business Manager, you will be responsible for the overall running and organization of all property sales and related operations within the branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the smooth running of the offices, ensuring all processes and legalities of selling properties are adhered to.
  • Lead and motivate the team, providing support and guidance to staff to help them reach their full potential.
  • Be accountable for achieving all branch KPIs, striving to hit and exceed business plans as set by the company, and maximize overall income of the hub.
  • Identify, generate, book, and undertake property valuations, bringing properties to the sales market and growing the property portfolio.
  • Undertake accompanied viewings of prospective buyers and handle all aspects of sale of the property.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, dealing with face-to-face, telephone, and email enquiries for the office, maintaining excellent relationships with all.
  • Ensure all customers are fully aware of the process they are entering into, including costs and financial implications, and are aware of the support and services that can be sourced through Andrews Property Group network.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in the property industry, with a high level of competency in leading and managing a team.
  • Strong leadership skills and a burning ambition to succeed in the sales industry.
  • Own transport and full UK driving license.

This is a 5-day working week, not 6 like many other agencies. Please note - A driving license is essential in consideration for this role.
