Established nearly 30 years ago, our client is a niche, private company who have built a significant portfolio of residential development sales, landlords and private clients.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator with 2-4 years' experience in residential agency to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:

  • Registering new applicants on our CRM and dealing with customer enquiries
  • Booking and conducting accompanied tours and viewings
  • Following up on enquiries and building relationships with applicants
  • Maintaining and updating our database, keeping records on applicants and ensuring feedback is recorded on the CRM
  • Achieving sales agreed/exchanges targets
  • Negotiating offers between vendors and applicants
  • Negotiating sales offers under the direction of the Sales Director
  • Ensuring Proof of Identity and Address is obtained from buyers as part of our AML procedures
  • Providing a high level of customer service to clients and customers
  • Requesting testimonials from buyers and sellers
  • Gaining valuations and looking after potential vendors to actively promote our company brand
  • Distributing marketing material and assisting with canvassing

Requirements and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for property
  • Previous central London agency/property experience essential
  • Good legal understanding
  • Good local knowledge would be helpful
  • Must be driven and customer service orientated
  • Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Smart and well presented at all times
  • Honest, committed working well as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and organised with good time management skills

  • Show interest and be knowledgeable about the London property market

What We Offer:

We offer a guaranteed salary for the first four months, followed by a basic salary of c. £28,000 and realistic on-target earnings in the region of £60,000. The personal commission package starts at 10% and rises to 15% when exceeding threshold targets. Our working rota includes every third Saturday, with hours from 10.00am to 2.00pm. When you work a Saturday, you also get time off in lieu. No car is needed as most appointments can be reached on foot.
