Job Title: Commercial Sales and Lettings Negotiator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator to deliver exceptional results in the commercial property market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale and rental of properties, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring a seamless transaction process for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct thorough property viewings and provide in-depth information to prospective buyers and tenants, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each property.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and offering tailored property solutions that meet their objectives.
  3. Prepare and present compelling property listings on various platforms to maximise visibility and attract high-quality leads.
  4. Negotiate sales and rental agreements with clients, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the terms and conditions.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, property details, and transactions using our internal systems.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
  7. Stay informed about market trends, property values, and local regulations affecting sales and lettings, ensuring our clients receive expert advice and guidance.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in sales or lettings, with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Exceptional administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple listings efficiently.
  3. Excellent organisational abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  4. Multilingual skills are an advantage, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of clients.
  5. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
