About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Sales and Lettings Professional to join our team at UNION ESTATES. As a dynamic and motivated individual, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale and rental of properties, ensuring a seamless process for both clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits to potential buyers or tenants.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants, utilizing your excellent communication skills to resolve any disputes effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends, staying ahead of the competition to secure top results for our clients.
  • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales and lettings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in administrative tasks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals, fostering a loyal client base for UNION ESTATES.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records, to ensure a smooth operation of the sales and lettings department.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets, working closely together to drive success and growth within the company.
