Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Health Records Department as a Health Records Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our patients and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic preparation and reception services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide reception cover in multiple outpatient areas, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our patients.
  • Prepare clinics accurately and efficiently, utilizing your organizational skills to meet deadlines.
  • Answer telephone enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing clear and concise information to our patients and staff.
  • File case note folders in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity.

Requirements:

  • Computer literacy and experience in accurate data inputting are essential requirements for this role.
  • Organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability to change are crucial to the success of this position.
  • Training on in-house information systems will be provided to support your growth and development.
