Your Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the team.
  • Manage incoming telephone inquiries, directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed.
  • Accurately input data into various systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Prepare correspondence, including letters and reports, using excellent written communication skills.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring efficient document management.
  • Support the coordination of meetings, including scheduling, arranging agendas, and taking minutes.
