Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Older People's Mental Health Service, including managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and coordinating referrals.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, carers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives, ensuring that our services are responsive to the needs of our patients and stakeholders.

Person Specification:
