Role Overview

At Activ, our team of behavior support and allied health professionals are dedicated to delivering innovative, person-centered, and value-driven services to our clients. We operate in a hybrid model, combining remote work with community engagement across Western Australia.

As a Proficient Behavior Support Practitioner , you will benefit from ongoing peer supervision and support from a seasoned team, including three Advanced Level Behavior Support Practitioners.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Registered as a Behavior Support Practitioner with NDIS at the Proficient level
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in leading group sessions, training, coaching, or mentoring, with a proven history of delivering strength-based and person-centered services
  • A positive and contemporary mindset, committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities
