Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team as a 3rd Line IT Support. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our clients, including troubleshooting complex issues, resolving technical problems, and implementing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support to clients, including troubleshooting complex issues and resolving technical problems.
  • Implement solutions to technical issues, including configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
  • Work closely with the 2nd Line Support team to resolve technical issues and provide support to clients.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical support services.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in IT Support, with a focus on 3rd Line Support.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows, Linux, and virtualization technologies.
  • Experience with SQL Server and database management.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with automation tools such as Ansible.
  • Knowledge of PCI CPP standards.
  • Experience with deployment tools such as MDT and WDS.
