We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Wellbeing Mentor to join our team at Ad Warrior. As a Wellbeing Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement wellbeing programs to promote employee mental health and wellbeing
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees to help them manage stress and anxiety
  • Collaborate with our HR team to develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee wellbeing
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate employees on mental health and wellbeing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a wellbeing or mental health role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of mental health and wellbeing principles and practices
