Exciting Opportunity as Client Support Specialist

Collaborating closely with the Customer Experience Manager, you will guarantee exceptional service delivery, efficiently address client inquiries, and work alongside internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize customer support software to interact with clients promptly and effectively
  • Address client needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Provide product insights and emphasize brand value

Key Skills/Experience Required

  • Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional client service
  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce client support
  • Empathetic listener with a proactive approach to resolving issues
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and effective written communication skills
  • Ability to handle a diverse workload and exceed role expectations
