We're seeking a talented CRM Executive to join our team at Dunelm, the UK's number one choice for homewares. As a key member of our CRM team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting and contributing to our customer relationship strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver meticulously executed plans to enhance our email marketing approach and create more relevant and timely communications that align with brand and commercial objectives.
- Leverage data and AI to optimize audience targeting, improve customer experience, and drive engagement across multiple channels.
- Foster collaboration with key stakeholders and drive performance improvements through a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and commercial acumen.
