Role Overview:
The Client Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in managing incoming inquiries, as well as overseeing the distribution and management of quotes and orders while adhering to key performance indicators (KPIs).
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of departmental sales and marketing initiatives.
- Regularly update and maintain the customer relationship management system.
- Identify and cultivate both new and existing targeted accounts.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Proven experience in customer relations.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Proficient in computer usage with strong IT skills.
