Senior Learning and Development Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior Learning and Development Partner. As a key member of our internal talent team, you will play a critical role in driving the learning, development, and leadership agenda for our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver commercially focused solutions on matters relating to learning and development to all employees.
- Lead the delivery of our talent strategy across development, succession planning, and career mapping.
- Support the development of a strategic company people plan that aligns with our strategic and operational goals.
- Ensure that relevant learning, development, and leadership solutions are translated into accessible activities.
We are looking for a candidate with significant previous experience working as a HR professional in an SME. Key skills include:
- Thorough technical and practical understanding of HR disciplines: learning and development, talent, and leadership.
- Confident and credible communication style, able to adapt to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to operate autonomously on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Strong risk management and decision-making skills.
