Senior Learning and Development Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Delivery of the Learning and Development Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Support the Development of a Strategic Company People Plan: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a strategic people plan that aligns with the organization's strategic and operational goals.
- Ensure Accessible Learning Solutions: Translate relevant learning and development solutions into accessible activities that meet the needs of all employees.
- Strong Technical and Practical Understanding: Possess a thorough understanding of HR disciplines, including learning and development, talent, and leadership.
- Strong Risk Management and Decision-Making Skills: Demonstrate strong risk management and decision-making skills to ensure the effective delivery of the learning and development agenda.
