Senior Learning and Development Business Partner

At FMC Talent, we are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior Learning and Development Business Partner. This role will play a critical part in driving the learning and development agenda for the organisation, ensuring that our employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the delivery of the organisation's talent strategy across development, succession planning, and career mapping.
- Support the development of a strategic company people plan that aligns with the company's strategic and operational goals.
- Ensure that relevant learning, development, and leadership solutions are translated into accessible activities for all employees.
- Thorough technical and practical understanding of HR disciplines, including learning and development, talent, and leadership.
- Strong risk management and decision-making skills to drive business outcomes.
