Senior Learning and Development Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Senior L&D Business Partner to join our team at FMC Talent. As a key member of our internal talent team, you will play a critical role in driving learning and development initiatives that support the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver commercially focused solutions on matters relating to learning and development to all employees
- Lead the delivery of our talent strategy across development, succession planning, and career mapping
- Support the development of a strategic company people plan that aligns with our strategic and operational goals
- Ensure that relevant learning, development, and leadership solutions are translated into accessible activities
About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional with a strong background in learning and development, talent, and leadership. You will have a thorough understanding of HR disciplines, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate autonomously.
