Reliability Maintenance Engineering Role

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team, you'll be responsible for ensuring safety regulations and policies are adhered to, conducting preventative maintenance on time to a high standard, and providing high levels of equipment availability through continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in a hands-on manner, demonstrating SME levels of knowledge on all MHE in the building.
  • Coach and mentor technicians on shift.
  • Support the line manager and supervise the shift in their absence.
  • Support continuous improvement of systems in a standard manner across the EU network.
  • Understand OEE and equipment performance metrics.
  • Manage contractors.

Requirements

  1. Multi-skilled in electrical and mechanical disciplines with relevant experience in automation or complex MHE environments.
  2. Solid foundational knowledge of PLC-based controls systems.
  3. Experience using CMMS to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
  4. Ability to communicate (written & verbal) in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
  5. Served a full engineering indentured apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
  6. Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize many different projects and workload.
  7. Experience of multi-contractor management.
