Resident Liaison Officer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our construction division on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our construction projects and providing exceptional customer care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Book appointments and manage schedules to ensure that work programs are met and residents are informed of any changes or updates.
- Issue Resolution: Handle resident complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, working closely with other stakeholders to resolve any problems.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between residents, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless project experience.
- Project Support: Provide administrative support to the construction team, maintaining property records and conducting validation and customer satisfaction surveys.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 12 years of experience as a Resident Liaison Officer is essential, with a strong background in occupied refurbishment and health and safety.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently as part of a team.
- IT Proficiency: Proficiency in IT systems and adaptability to onsite operations is essential.
- Driving License: A full driving license is required for this role.
