Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity exists for a Resident Liaison Officer to join Trident Maintenance Services' thriving Southern Branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct satisfaction surveys to gauge resident satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and resolve any resident complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee and ensure adherence to resident at-risk lists, prioritizing resident safety and well-being.
  • Develop and implement community initiatives to foster a sense of community and resident engagement.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in social housing, local government, or a customer service environment.
  • Experience working with tenants and leaseholders whose homes are undergoing building works.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with residents and stakeholders.
  • Preferred: Driving Licence.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday.
