Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer care to residents, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Book appointments and manage schedules to ensure efficient communication and collaboration with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle resident complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner, resolving problems promptly and fairly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, conducting validation and customer satisfaction surveys to ensure high standards of service.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication between residents, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless project experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 12 years of experience as a Resident Liaison Officer is essential.
  • Knowledge: Occupied refurbishment knowledge is desirable, as is strong health and safety knowledge.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, IT proficiency, adaptability to onsite operations, and strong interpersonal skills are all essential.
  • Personal Qualities: Ambitious, innovative, self-motivated, and proactive individuals are encouraged to apply.
